From as little as CY £10.00 per month we will visit your property once a month, check the security and condition of your apartment or villa & the report and documenting of any issues found. Secure key holding is an integral part of this package which enables us to gain access to your property, give contractors etc.
With our frequent visits we can quickly identify problem areas and take steps to minimize damage until you can be contacted. Any event that may incur an insurance claim will be carefully documented with digital images for your reference and for your insurance company.
During the course of a visit to your property, we can open windows to air the rooms, test services (water, electric etc.), check the property is clean & tidy, unplug all unnecessary appliances in case of electrical storms, water house plants, collect any mail (mail forwarding by arrangement) & if required we will read and report the meter readings from your property, ensure services are turned off & the property is secure before we leave.
In case of severe or unusual weather conditions we can make an emergency visit to your property to ensure that no damage has been caused.
