Residential Property Management

At MyKey2Cyprus, we pride ourselves on providing a complete turnkey service. If you have residential properties that require managing agents, we have built our reputations upon matching tenants to properties. Not only can our clients entrust their properties to our care, but they can hand over to us the job of steering them through the minefield that comprises the complexity of letting.

Our management service embraces both medium and long-term lettings, overseeing the primary concern of regular rent collection and controlling the day-to-day business of looking after individual properties, estates or apartment blocks. The management of service charges for blocks of flats is an expanding speciality.

Rental evaluation & advice

We will come to your properties and assess them for the rental market and rental value. We will discuss what adjustments, if any, are necessary to ensure your property meets general letting standards, as well as our own.

Marketing of properties

Your property will be marketed through our offices, websites, and signage and press advertisements

An administrator will take digital photographs if you wish. Our website will display several photographs, floor plans and 360° images if you wish.

Finding tenants

MyKey2Cyprus’ property management team will vet potential tenants and take up references. Draw up legal documentation and follow up procedures. Prior to commencement of tenancy and before keys are handed we will receive initial monies and ensure clearance before passing all details of the tenancy to you.

Rent collection

Our team will receive the rent from tenants on a monthly or quarterly basis. The net funds are then forwarded to you along with a rental statement. At the end of the tenancy, we will return the deposit to tenants.

Property inspections

Our inspectors will carry out routine visits of your property and provide digital photography along with a report of the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy.

Security Checks

Our management team will conduct weekly property checks to ensure your Cyprus home is safe and secure when it is empty.

Maintenance & cleaning

We will arrange professional cleaning, repairs and an inventory at the end of the tenancy including digital photography of the condition of the property.
